fabric as a blank canvas
Apartmento 03 is the brand of the Brazilian stylist Luiz Claudio. Deeply inspired by the materials he works with, he transforms every piece of fabric through a unique process of deconstruction. Influenced by his creative process, we've created a brand system that uses his fashion substrate as a base for collage-like graphics. This allows the system to be elastic and transformed for each of his collections – shifting shapes, textures and colors. The logo is structured as a frame that evidences his creativity and signs his creations.
PROCESS – FREE EXPERIMENTATION
knowing absolutely nothing about sewing, we began to explore the possibilities that the material could bring us. playing with scissors, thread and fabric, we tried to emulate his process of deconstruction. the flexibility of the substrate and how it shifted in a pretty fluid way inspired us in our graphic creations.
