This illustration is a mashup of Prince Robot IV from the Saga comics and the orange globin that is occupying the Oval Office. It is drawn in Adobe Draw with an Apple Pencil on an iPad Pro 12.9. Textures were added in Adobe Illustrator as a finishing touch.
