Mathieu Crêpes

An inspiring concept with a mesmerizing experience for your eyes and palate!

The Story
Mathieu is of Lebanese descent but lived his whole life in France after he miraculously survived a shipwreck in the early 80's on the shores on Marseille, France. He founded his first "crêperie" in Paris in 1991 with his girlfriend Geneviève and created unforgettable crêpes that mixed French authenticity with Levantine tastes. Today he has two outlets in Lebanon in addition to the original one in Paris.

Our Work
Aside from the story that we wrote in the left column, we built the brand on a fictive persona that serves as an inspiring figure to convey messages of positivity, originality and provide an outstanding experience. The identity is a friendly one communication-wise and a simple one visually in order to convey an essential message: "Ceci n'est pas une crêpe!" (translates to "This is not a crêpe!") as to assert that there's much more to Mathieu than a mere product, it's an unforgettable experience!
