Redesign of tax compliance experience
The intent of this project was to redesign the seasonal tax compliance experience. Statistics show a lack of understanding, complexity in tax code and navigation of govt. tax forms are the main causes to errors in tax compliance, as well as, a rapid increase in time allotted to comply with the tax preparation process.
