At SintLucas we were given the assignment to create a vehicle in a by the teacher chosen style. I was given Art Nouveau (which I knew nothing about), and I had to make a propset.
Research,
Before I could make some design I did some research.
I looked up actual suitcases and then I took some inspiration out of good old mother nature.
Silhouettes,
I first started to make a bunch of silhouettes out of paper cut-outs to get some ideas out.
I made a lot more paper zeppelin silhouettes but to put them all in this page would be boring to watch I think.
I chose a few silhouettes that I liked and I added a a few details to get a better idea of what the shapes are.
After all the research and sketching etc. I made a 3D model in Blender
