My thesis was based on spreading awareness about the importance of career counselling among the students and their parents.
I chose this topic as it resonated with me on a personal level. Being pressured to study sciences for many years, it was really hard for me to shift to Arts and convince everyone around me that this is something I want to pursue and do not want a career in sciences (in-spite of scoring good at it). Researching more about it made me realize the gravity of this issue and convinced me that this is something I should talk about. .
