This piece is a visual illusion on the icon of God most widely seen and used in India with things used and consumed on a daily basis. God is the truth seeker, the meaning maker, the courtesy of which extends to the icon created and adapted over the years. The Icon is now the leader, the path maker, the listener and the problem solver. In the piece, the icon of God is made of an amalgamation of what would make a leader in today’s world and is shown in the form of public worship.

I then started exploring and developing the aesthetics of the poster image of God.

Through this project I wish to explore the dynamics of worship and meaning making of the audience through a collage shrouded in the aesthetics of what we understand to be divinity.
