Brief: Design a front cover and two double page spreads for a new magazine called "ARKITEKT" - Architecture Magazine Design Conceptualisation.
The subject matter itself is diverse and has a lot of history and historical design periods in evidence - it made sense to try and keep to as modern an approach as possible - perhaps break some rules of traditional magazine masthead and layout design to ensure a stand-out magazine style.
Abstract themes, organic shapes or structures, simple and calming environments and oblique angles are all prevalent in today’s modern architecture and this can and should be reflected in the design layout.
