This book explores the underpinnings of vigilantism, relationship with human societies and maps out the reasons for its rise across history and nations, tying it back to Singapore's rising trend of covert vigilantism fed by the ubiquitous availability of internet-connected devices and fast data networks. It also explores the concept of willful evil and its interrelationship with human civilisation, ultimately seeking to propose a set of regulations for internet communication based on ethical values.
