Depressed people do not choose to be depressed. It is an illness but sadly is not treated like one. It can happen to anybody, not necessarily to people going through major life changes, however, these events can trigger it even harder. It feels like a battle that is so exhausting and never ending. It affects everything in your life, your work, education and most importantly your relationships. Recovering from depression is not something you can do once, but you have to keep pushing yourself to come out of it. It is not something you can let go, because depression gets worse day by day, and if you don't seek medical help, you are inviting more trouble for yourself. There is no shame in asking for help, it is for your betterment.

Here is an Ad Campaign I designed for My Clinic KSA, based in Jeddah. They are the first Clinic to come up with a Psychiatry Consultation Package due to the growing rate of depression in people of all ages.
