Manning Residence
The Manning Residence project includes a two-storey rear addition and gut renovation to a narrow Little Italy residence. It evolved into a renovation to accommodate their growing family (twins!). The kitchen design included custom millwork of walnut, white and blue cabinets, Caesarstone countertops, unique tiles, and beautiful Louis Poulson light fixtures. The girls’ bathroom has fun black and white tiles and red vanity light. In the Master bedroom, vaulted ceilings were emphasized by custom beams and millwork closets. The ensuite bathroom includes a skylight and glass shower. Changing the main entrance to face south with a covered porch in front provided a discreet Mudroom/vestibule with cabinetry integrated with the kitchen and dining room area.
