The project above was made during my first year of school for my sculpture class.

We had to make a creation with the topic "Duality". I chose to represent this abstract sculpture.

The aim of it was to create a contrast between a cube with straight lines, and a deconstructed shape. A contrast between a harsh and sharp part, and a soft-lined smooth part.

I made several attempts before finding the right shape and giving it the right feel.

Looking at this project now, I think I could've done much better and done something infinitely more precise and a little bigger, to give it more presence.

Anyway, it was a good experience, I had never done any abstract sculpture before that. Simple no sculpture at all.
