We all are familiar with the layout of the Periodic table and the distribution of its elements but, who discovered them? And when? The 2019 is the International Year of the Periodic Table of Chemical Elements, which celebrates 150 years from its invention. To celebrate such a landmark, the visualisation shows a revisitation of the Periodic table, focusing on the scientists who discovered the elements from 1250 to today.
