Tawerna is a restaurant serving traditional Polish cuisine in the Old Town of Gdansk – a port city on the coast of Poland. The restaurant is on the bank of the Motlava River on a cobblestone street surrounded by traditional townhouses and historic buildings. The typography and emblem – an anchor – relate to the city's history and the shipyards close to the center, as well as to the interior.
