i+t Island project
Concentrating on the most important in the kitchen space, we identified the island part as the most significant and main one. It is subordinate to it near-wall blocks, and not vice versa.

Increasing attention is paid to the dining and cooking areas. User spends the most time here.

For today, these zones are no longer only for cooking and eating food, but also for working, solving everyday tasks, refreshing after a hard day’s work, receiving and creating emotions.
We decided to combine these zones, engender mobility, aesthetics, and an atmosphere of inspiration. At the same time our aim was to use time, moisture and temperature resistant materials. When choosing materials, we took into consideration the future of the environment, thus the whole structure is 92% recyclable.

The length of the island is 6.500 m. The cooking zone consists of an aluminum body and tempered glass, the tabletop and the facades are made from glass. The rail running along the cooking zone includes lighting, DADO power trunking socket and the ability to install pots with greens, green salad, lettuce or basil leaves. Having your garden in the kitchen is not only aesthetics, but a necessity for fresh products.

The cooking zone also has wine racks.

The dining area contains a bio fireplace, a stainless steel pedestal and a solid ash, that includes organizer for cutlery, glasses, a decanter or greens. The table depth hides in itself a drawer for cutlery, towels and other components. There are embedded stone hot coasters on which the dishes are placed along the center of the table, on both sides of the fireplace.

By such a representation we want to declare the kitchen island and the table as a new look at the Open Space. It looks aesthetically pleasing, cozy, bold, and definitely holds the main focus in the overall space of the interior. In this concept we highlight the central part of the interior. Now it is a focal point. Thus the area near the wall provides more daylight and airy space without unnecessary clutter.
