Dragon Fighter: Bulma-Li
As a bootleg mash-up design, I wanted to capitalize on 2 strong female characters.
Bulma Briefs was the first to come to mind. With her scientific genius, as well as being an inventor and engineer, Bulma is the epitome of female empowerment.
Chun-Li's fluid use of martial arts and her gorgeous movements make her an example of female strength and grace.
I have also added an extra 3D-type layer to give her a more interesting look.
