此項目與中國本土彩妝品牌JUDYDOLL橘朵合作,升級整體品牌形象。JUDYDOLL廣受好評於年輕人的化妝新手界,主打玩轉多種色彩的彩妝單品,而且價格親民。
品牌重新定位,首先需要符合新策略的LOGO設計,根據前期的市場研究和定位,慢慢找到品牌的輪廓。

Judydoll, a local cosmetics brand, looked to update its brand identity in order to more effectively target a young (24-28) female customer segment. The brand identity had to be true to its playful and colorful brand, but also be differentiated within a large number of youth-oriented cosmetics brands.




Process:
Inspired by the diversity of Judydoll’s target customer and products, we created a design expression muse we called the “Girl in Bloom”. We examined the areas of the face where the “Girl In Bloom” would put makeup on - the forehead, the eyes, the nose, and the cheeks. An abstract design of these 4 areas became our core visual devices used for both logo and across all applications, expressing the lightheartedness and friendliness that the “Girl in Bloom” seeks from her makeup brands. Furthermore, the optimistic and exploratory attitude of the “Girl in Bloom” inspired a flexible color system - while brand communications had to adhere to a orange-inspired set of colors, product communications and packaging could utilize any color that could reflect optimism and exploration, considering Judydoll’s diverse product range - and the “Girl in Bloom”’s exploratory attitude towards her ever evolving makeup needs.
