Shoes Shoes Shoes
This was a small project as part of a drawing module in my first year. I really enjoyed producing these pieces, they let me be free with my brush strokes and I enjoyed being able to sketch the shoes. My historical revival project at the moment is very precise, this style below is much more relaxed. I looked at different shoes and drew from some observations then experimented with using inks and watercolour pencils, making the drips that fall up or down the page. I chose to vary the way the drips ran to make them look a bit more interesting than just all going in the same direction.
