We were set the brief of incorporating emergent technology into a campaign for a brand of our choosing. This is the presentation we used to answer the brief.
We were set the brief of choosing a brand and incorporating modern emergent technology in a way that will grab potential consumers.
 
The idea behind the GoPro Drone campaign was to make the target audience want to be a part of something bigger by offering the opportunity to do so. The brand up until now has always been reserved for those who take an interest and we thought that if we were to gain better coverage as a brand we would need to do something that does not only aim at the particular groups but expand and create something for everybody.
We decided that we would create a real time, multi-angle live stream drone that could be controlled via the amount of people voting for the areas that they want to drone to visit.
 
The drone creates a stronger sense of brand by diving into the different cities in the UK to present itself, the brand and the product. The fact that the consumer can receive something in return for taking a little bit more than an interest makes this campaign successful.
