Ad Campaign on Road Safety

Almost every day our newspapers cover a number of road fatalities around the country, yet we always take our lives for granted and forget following some of the simplest traffic rules every now and then. Even though the government has come up with many laws to curb down the fatalities by improving the quality of roads, stricter regulations and stronger fines, nothing seems to be working. Here it is also important to understand the extent to which the government can regulate, because after all the nation’s population is such that one traffic police officer has to manage vehicles much beyond his capacity. Therefore, it is time that the citizen’s start taking responsibility of their actions and its impact on others. It is time we change our behavior towards regulations, so as to make this nation reach the highest global standards. This cannot happen by nullifying and dishonoring the efforts of the government but by trying to do your small part in this larger fight.
Through my ad campaign around driver behavior and education, I intend to inculcate a sense of responsibility in drivers towards other stakeholders in the given scenario through simple yet thought provoking visuals along with a direct message.
