"Μέλι" (Méli, trnsl.Honey) is a Café - Bar in Petroupolis, Athens since 1998. It's a local well-known hangout, renowned for its friendly, warm & cozy atmosphere, beloved from their "loyal" for years, clientele and new generations.

 Celebrating, its 20th anniversary, I was asked to re-design completely their catalogue. Inspired by its interior design & atmosphere, I wanted to make something really fresh & modern, preserving its famous classic vintage style. 

 The binder part is entirely handmade. With the significant help & knowledge of S. Livanios, we found the right plywood, cut it & painted it and then bolt the binder rings down to the wooden surface in order to give this rustic style of binder.

 The graphic part was designed using old-fashioned illustrations, mainly coupled with modern, sans-serifs fonts in a variety of colours inspired by the mood of the bar, highlighting its decoration details.
