Paletas Wey was dreamed and idealized on 2014 by Liza Deubez; handcrafting frozen delights with love and passion by using best-quality ingredients and seasonal products from local markets.

Paletas Wey is today present in Bali, Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Yogyakarta and Bandung with over 15 outlets, and working closely with international brands such as than 30 5-star hotels and resorts in Bali such as Bvlgari, Marriot, Sofitel, Grand Hyatt and Novotel with planned expansion to other regions and abroad.
