Wa Ratal El Quran
Wa Ratal El Quran is one of the multiple projects i did for the Alarabiya Revamp 2020, since the entire opener is based on the Arabic type calligraphy, i tried to focus on several parts of it to showcase some interesting camera angles and compostions that could serve the typography in the best possible way, still i believe i'm far from from unleashing its full potential.
The colors and materials choices were delicate and essential to reflect the desired overall feel that is supposed to inspire Pureness, Serenity, modesty and elegance at the same time. Since the show is a Religious one, i tried to find a fine balance between tradition and modernity in that manner, the discreet use of some minimalistic Japanese circular patterns mixed with the Arabic type did the trick to break the usual oriental style a bit as my my main concern was to avoid any ressemblance with the usual Cliche style that perpetually served the same religious / Arabic topic for a while.
