Friends of daily life

Friends of daily life
A fan, a divider, a mirror and a lamp are objects that are extremely familiar to us, which we take for granted and which we value mainly for their function.
These four friends of daily life were taken as a basis for a re-interpretation that questions the obviousness of their forms, their materials or even their production processes with the simple goal of allowing us to experiment and create a better way to understand them best. We are trying to bring the sculptural closer to the ordinary and to move the familiar away from the predictable, without ceasing to fulfill its specific functions: throw air, divide, reflect and illuminate.
