This 10-acre, mixed-use project in the heart of Washington DC needed a variety of marketing support on a tight schedule. I worked in a small team, developing the comprehensive branding document, retail stationery, a range of promotional materials, tenant guidelines and PPT templates. I planned and designed the extensive construction signage, as well as a trade show display to promote the development to the neighborhood and potential tenants.
