I was approached by a local freelance tennis coach who asked me to create a logo for her that translates well across both digital and print. Beate O'leary is based in Essex and works predominately with children, meaning her brand needed to be simple, bold and fun! The word mark is made using her initials “b + o” to create a tennis racquet. Yellow has been because it’s a safe approachable colour and very bright so it’s easy for children to see on uniforms. I also created an eye-catching bouncy ident that mimics a tennis ball, which would work perfectly as a website hero or across social media.
