As a third year Communication Design student at UJ (University of Johannesburg) you are, as part of your curriculum, required to design a poster along with departmental signage which would be used to advertise and brand the student exhibition. Our brief was themed FADA’s (Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture) impact in Johannesburg. My response to the brief was a typographic themed poster with a twist, the letters are monumental and interactive with their environment which is the scenery of Johannesburg's skyscrapers and other surrounding environments around the FADA building.
