Dia D is an annual event made from professional to future designers. It was created by the teachers of Instituto Politécnico do Cávado e do Ave - more specifically Escola Superior de Design (in Barcelos, Portugal) - and the goal is to encourage their students about their future by showing the versatility of design in many areas. While Dia D is meant to share experiences, Amostra D is the oportunity for the students to shine, exposing their works for everyone who joins this event. 

Every once in a year, all the Graphic Design students from the 2nd grade of the course are challenged to design this event for the current year's edition and, in the end, one of the more than 50 final works is selected to represent that year's edition. In this project, I'm going to present you my proposal for 2017's edition. 

As we were free to choose our own concept, my goal was to create an iconic, straightforward and an easily remarkable symbol to the public. I chose "invitation" as the keyword, taking it in a literal yet creative way.
