Raffles City unveiled Singapore’s first public art toy exhibition –  Raffles City x Action City: ArtToys Invasion. The exhibition features an exciting range of limited edition custom art toys. Art toys, which are defined as collectibles created by independent artists and designers are a unique marriage of art and toys.
