The project of renovation
of the village Nizhnyaya Alabuga and recultivation of the surrounding area

CONCEPT
The main characteristic of the projected settlement becomes its stability, i.e. endowing its environmental component and potential for development. The village is a sustainable ecosystem, almost independent of the city due to its location. The settlement is located on the Alabuga River in the Tobolnoye district of the Kurgan region.
The project involves the recultivation of the territory adjacent to the village and the creation of a flooded ravine-gully system. On the basis of this system, the main urban planning enterprises are created:
- Growing farms and photobioreactors;
- Fish farms;
- Hydroponic plants and greenhouses using the permacultural method of agriculture.

On the basis of such industries can be based scientific laboratories engaged in breeding and molecular genetic experiments, which can improve the useful properties of cultivated plants. Hence the meaning of the construction of objects of recreational and medical value (sanatoriums, medical institutes).
