The task was to design a mixed-use district between Hafenstraße and Adam-Riese-Straße, an area within short walking distance of Frankfurt's main train station. The competition brief required a solution that could integrate the existing former post office block into the new development. Eike Becker_Architekten's design provided for a finely balanced overall composition that interpreted the three skyscrapers as equal, independent and strong characters.
