Marketing and comms for Santander 2014–2016
As guardian of Santander's tone of voice I made sure all communications were 'Simple', 'Personal' and 'Fair'. I was given leaflets and letters that already existed and edited them to make them more concise, reassuring and easy to understand. I came to be known as 'Grammar Guru' for my efforts.
