In the two years he's been in Slovenia, Ahmad Shamieh, an asylum seeker from Syria, has been dealing with many ups and downs. Faced with deportation, hiding from the police, and waiting endlessly to receive asylum, Ahmad has managed nonetheless to learn Slovenian, make friends and practise his job in an autonomous space in Ljubljana. 
While greatly missing his family, Ahmad is trying to remain easygoing.
