ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING, AND INDUSTRIAL DESIGN
This is an example of my own industrial design, created on SolidWorks. I attempted to create a kitchen tool that would double as a bottle opener and a can opener. All it's pieces are functional, which includes the gears being handled by an optimized small lever.
This is one of the tower mount modification designs which I've completed for my employer. I gather the information done by a structural engineer through a mount analysis and then design a mount and its reinforcements in order for the mount to meet the detailed requirements. I show the mount both in 2D as well as a 3D isometric view in order to communicate the most important aspects needed in the telecommunication field.
This is a two dimensional recreation of a Vegas building. Using information from an engineers' structural analysis, I was able to accurately recreate a 260 feet tall building and show the location of the antennas which Sprint will need to complete its telecommunication project. Specific standards regarding key notes and scope of work entries were followed, with the liberty afforded to me to be able to show off the construction drawing in the most informational and aesthetically-pleasing way possible.
This is a 2D recreation of a local cathedral in North Carolina done for an antenna installation project for my employer. This is its front face, which showcases the location of the proposed antenna being installed as well as the proposed conduit run needed to connect the antenna to the power cabinets in the equipment room. The architecture behind the church is just so gorgeous to me that I figured I had to include it in this part of the portfolio, if just for eye-candy alone. The church's design is the definition of design for design's sake.
