I had the opportunity to design a couple backgrounds for a conference hosted by Cru. This regional conference, specifically for college students, was held over New Year's Eve. To celebrate, SLO Cru hosted a dance party to bring in the New Year. The theme of the dance party was "#Bestof2012" and featured the color palette of the conference. As the ball dropped, the slides changed to welcome in the New Year. The smaller slides were 15 feet wide while the larger slide was almost 90 ft wide! I really enjoyed making an original and festive pattern that would complement the typography and brighten up the night.
