New 6000 sq ft single family residence in Woodside, CA. Project is sited on a hillside lot and includes a pool house. The project’s first set of plans were unanimously approved by the notoriously tough Architectural Site Review Board (ASRB) of the Town of Woodside. Hillside grading, drainage, landscape and new road design was included in the proposal. ASRB recognized the project for its use of a low profile building to lessen impact on the land and natural surroundings.
