The 'Cash management in schools' project was delivered by WAVE design for the NSW Department of Education. Over the course of 7 week's our team worked with DoE subject matter experts to address the lack of cash management compliance in schools. 

Using HCD methodologies, tools and techniques we delivered key insights, opportunities and solutions that DoE was able to implement and scale. 

As service designer my role was to support the design lead throughout the project, helping to facilitate workshops and activities, produce learning materials and visualising artefacts and deliverables.
