for OTTO, Europe's biggest online furniture retailer. 
As a team of 6 students, we developed a brick and mortar showroom concept for the living product range, focussing on omnichannel commerce and future orientation. 
Besides the collaborative effort in conducting research to build a strategy upon, I worked solo on the field studies, created personas, the customer journey, a 3D model, mockups and the storyline for the final presentation at OTTO.
