Intergenerational Housing

The program requires sixty apartments, thirty for a single stay, fifteen for two and fifteen for three. The single stay housing is the germ of the project. The apartment's main five zones (hall, kitchen, living room, bathroom and terrace) are maintained in the rest of the houses with the same disposition. Depending on the number of stays in the apartment, one or two rooms are added to the common core.
