The Edelweiss Pirates Brief - University Group Project (October 2018)

Tasked with creating an insightful exhibition that linked to the Edelweiss Pirates, a relatively unknown youth group from Nazi Germany who stood in revolt against Hitler and his totalitarian state. The idea of hair as a form of rebellion fuelled our project, focusing on eight defiant subcultures and movements exploring their origins, beliefs, style and reasoning, getting to grips with their Rebellious Roots.
