Introduction.
This is an assignment that I have produced during my 4th semester in 2016. This course i should take in 6th semester but I take it in earlier. This is a second assignment under subject of Creativity : Strategies & Techniques. In the assignment given, I am required to create a new design for the theater Event. We are free to choose any theater event ever held at Istana Budaya, Malaysia and we are required to make a re-design of:
-Series of Poster
-Interactive Brochure / Pamphlet
-Web Design (E-Ticketing)
All of these tasks need to be completed individually and time is given for 3 weeks to complete this assignment.

Theatre Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck.
Tenggelamnya Kapal van der Wijck ( Perfected Spelling : Tenggelamnya Kapal van der Wijck, both meaning Sinking of the van der Wijck ) is an Indonesian serial and later novel by Haji Abdul Malik Karim Amrullah (Hamka; 1908–1981) published in 1938. It follows the failed love between Zainuddin, a mixedrace man, and Hayati, a pure Minang woman.
Located in Istana Budaya Sari Panggung, Production CTRA once again bring to audience of a manuscript that can be termed as masterpiece, namely the Tenggelam Kapal Van Der Wijck, Almarhum Prof. Dr. Haji Abdul Malik Karim Amrullah's essay or Hamka.
Production CTRA led by Siti Rohayah Atan previously have staged manuscript manuscript that is bold hearted among them Muzikal Ibu Zain, Muzikal Tun Mahathir, Nyonya, T. Lantai. Pinkie and under 'abah Ka Screen.
Idea.
To make the promotion of the theatre produced more interesting, the concept and idea that i used to redesign of series of poster, brochure, and web design for e-ticketing in this assignment is bring the concept of illustration. Which is all the characters in the form of illustrations. Next I also use the color concept that shows the characteristics of classic and modern lay cultures associated with the theater that I choose.This is what I have prepared take a look!
