Walking on the beach we see garbage everywhere. Lots of plastic bags and bottles. This makes us really sad. Walking on the streets we see many people using their car on their own ... At the supermarket we see everybody buying unnecessary things.

We are not perfect, we know it ... but ... just few things that can make life better: ☺️☺️☺️

Walk or ride a bicycle! 

If you have a car, don't go alone, pick up some friends ☺️

Don't waste! 

If you have some time and space to spare, grow your own vegetables 🌿🍅🍆🌶
