For branding and advertising in year 2 of uni I created an experience based around the song 'Without me' by Halsey. My experience has a bird that flies around the room and interacts with the people in it and echoes the lyrics of the song. For example when Halsey sings about 'I put you up there' the bird flies higher and in the end the bird completely flies of into the ceiling. The experience is also a light show projection and makes large use of light to set the tone, theme and style of the installation.

The character used in the installation is a phoenix that has been designed in a geometric style based off a origami bird.

This is the room layout mockup which shows a tall room with a very high ceiling where the experience takes place. You can see that it turns to blue over time to show a change from spite to regret and from contained to free to provide two viewpoints.

The egg in the centre of the room is a 360 degree speaker with a thin cover over the top of it which forms the shape of an egg without putting the sound. The egg also contains LED's that change colour along with the room to be more engaging. The shape of the egg also adopts a shattered look to echo the idea of picking up the pieces and putting them back together that the song is themed around.
