I'll Tell You Later ASL/Deaf PSA Video

For this video, I wanted to focus on telling the story of a Hearing family that neglects their Deaf relative by refusing to learn his language and keeping him involved in their conversation with the repeated phrase, "I'll Tell You Later". One of the hardest parts was finding an actual Deaf actor to portray the Deaf character, due to scheduling issues and lack of people in a nearby location for shooting, but ultimately, I was so happy that a friend of mine volunteered to help. In order to achieve the perspective from the Deaf person's side, I utilized several audio effects in Premiere Pro, primarily the Lowpass Filter, and I used a tinnitus sound effect instead of music that resembled a high pitch ringing. Overall, it was a fun project but had its challenges along the way.
