Finances are easy! But only if someone explains them well of course. So, considering the origin of Swedbank, we can compare finances to the difficult Swedish language and show that finances are surprisingly much easier to learn.
We used the letter Ö as a symbol of surprise, as a connection to the Swedish language and as a main key visual.
Lön — means "salary" in Swedish
The «Easier than Swedish» newspaper should entertain and educate people about managing finances online while they are waiting in the lines — no to dry texts, yes to clear explanations. There are examples from everyday life, simple people with their expert opinions and some Swedish words for dramatic comparisons. Online operations in Swedish bank are much easier than learning Swedish language.
There were LT—SWE phrasebooks on tables with with bookmarks on pages with finance topics to maintain the idea.
We also suggested to make cards with short explanations of financial things such as «What is the Global Crysis?» or «How to get a credit card in Swedbank?" with the information delivered in bullet points.
