This is a photoshoot for my end term project in photography. It's inspired from Martha Graham, one of the most famous contemporary dancers. The moves are referenced from her actual dance moves. The lighting adds depth to the environment and also conveys the texture of the scenes. The aura around the fabulous dancer and woman Martha Graham is what I have tried to portray here

Concept Note:
There she is in a dress that seems it would eat her alive. There she is a high priestess and a goddess. A stunning fusion of a bird and a flower. She is often pictured with one leg pointing towards the sky, while her magnificent skirts fans out behind her like the courtship display of a peacock.
She is considered the mother of modern dance, she brought political protest, social issues, violence, sex and a degree of emotional intensity to dance that had not been seen in the U.S., perhaps anywhere.
