My favourite style of furniture is that look of distressed white. I like it because it makes pieces look antique. A lot of my furniture projects have been done by painting the piece white and distressing it with sandpaper. This is a project I worked on in the summer of 2016. My father brought home an old trunk from a barn and I refurbished it. I painted this entire piece white and went over it with sandpaper. This project only took me a couple days to complete.

I decided to go a little out of my comfort zone and not do a distressed white look. Instead, I went with a traditional black and white design. This project took me a couple days to complete.
