Future self personalized video & chatbot
American Express wanted to attract new customers in Mexico by positioning itself as a forward-thinking bank. We created videos that revealed the future, and personalized them for each and every customer using APIs, keyword extraction and Facebook connection. At the end of the short video, there was a surprising twist. The narrator of the video was actually the customer's future self. By opting to talk with their future self, customers could casually chat with a bot about anything from opening an account with Amex, to what's on at the pictures.
