LEMBUSWANA
Introducing LEMBUSWANA, my special artwork for the special collaboration project with  some Indonesia great Illustrators named Artulistiwa.
If I can say, it's really my honor to be part of such an awesome project.
Indonesia is rich in culture. Hence, all of the artists agree to pick a cultural theme for this project, that is 'Lembuswana'. Have you ever heard about Lembuswana? If not, I will tell you a glance about it.
Enjoy my work and the story behind it! :)
Lembuswana is one of the mythological creatures in Indonesia. The myth come from Kutai, East Kalimantan. Lembuswana is sanctified because it is the vehicle for Mulawarman - the king of the Kutai Kartanegara Kingdom. It was then used as the symbol of the Kutai Kartanegara Kingdom. Now Lembuswana is the symbol of the City of Tenggarong, Kutai Kartanegara. You can find its statue in two locations, first in the front yard of  Mulawarman Museum, Tenggarong, East Kalimantan. The second is in the Kumala Island, Mahakam River.
Lembuswana is characterized as a creature who has lion-headed, wear a crown (symbolizing the might of a king who is considered a ruler and a crown is the power of a king deemed like a God), has elephant-like trunk (symbolizing the god Ganesha as the God of intelligence), has a pair of Garuda wings, scaly fish and horns spurs.

For the drawing tool, I only use Wacom Cintiq 13HD and the PC.
The preview of final result of my artwork if applied in to the t-shirt, LEMBUSWANA.
