Projet scolaire. Le mandat consistait de suivre individuellement la création et réalisation d’une série de boîtes de savon, au nombre final minimum suggéré de trois pièces. La thématique doit suivre d’un produit à l’autre. Très inspiré sur le moment par les peintures de Hirohiko Araki, j’ai opté pour une série d’illustration représentant des modèles féminins appelant aux ingrédients en question. Plusieurs vignettes rapidement faites ont été mes seuls modèles papier, les illustrations ont été réalisées et peaufinées sur Photoshop.
Pour la boîte, le format est très basique et inspiré de produits existants. L’attrait principal est l’illustration et non l’emballage. Le façonnage fut réalisé et ajusté sur Illustrator et Indesign.

School project. The directions were to supervise individually, create and realize a series of packaging boxes for soap bars, the minimum suggested quota of products was three pieces. The theme must carry from one product to another. Heavily inspired by the paintings of Hirohiko Araki, I’ve decided to go with a series of illustrations representing female models reminding the used ingredients for each soap. Multiple thumbnails have been used as an under-sketch, but the illustrations have been fully realized and touched up in Photoshop.
For the box itself, the overall design is very basic and inspired by actual products. The illustration is meant to be the eye catcher and not the packaging itself. The entire finishing has been realized and adjusted in Illustrator and Indesign.
